Wash your hands before and after handling.
Unwrap the pad and peel off the backing paper from the centre adhesive strip.
Place the pad centrally in your underwear, adhesive side down.
Peel the wing adhesive strips and fold the wings under the edges of your underwear.
Press everything firmly into place.
Change every 4–6 hours for freshness and hygiene.
