Light flow: Girls. Medium flow: Daily. Heavy flow: Super. Overnight: Night Guard. If you're unsure, start with Daily and switch based on how comfortable you feel. Every body is different, and what works for one person might need adjusting for another.

Generally, every 4-6 hours during the day, or more frequently if you have heavy flow. Overnight, Night Guard is designed to protect for 8+ hours. Pay attention to comfort and wetness. Changing regularly helps prevent leaks and keeps you fresh.
